Dance is never a linear process. It is alive: sometimes it brings us together immediately, and sometimes it leads us back to ourselves. Way in and Way Out asks what freedom we can offer one another in order to coexist, and what commitment is needed for something meaningful to be created between us.
Through Contact Improvisation, participants explore freedom, commitment, coexistence, mutual creation, being oneself and feeling unity. The class follows the conditions in which a shared dance can emerge without anyone losing their own presence.
