Sergey Semichev

Sergey Semichev is a teacher, dancer, performer and Contact Improvisation researcher with a background in gymnastics, acrobatics, fitness, massage therapy, physiotherapy, photography and video. His work joins body organization with attentive physical dialogue.

Sergey is a teacher and activist of the Contact Improvisation community in Ukraine, an organizer and co-organizer of CI festivals in Ukraine, and a teacher at European CI festivals. He has also organized regular classes and jams in Rome and Freiburg.

His Bodywork as Dialogue class focuses on body organization, center of gravity, subtle contact, attention, trust and the transformation of bodywork into living contact dance.
