Sebastian Flegiel

Sebastian Flegiel is a Contact Improvisation teacher and movement practitioner with a dynamic approach combining technical precision, athletic intelligence, play and embodied presence. His teaching centers weight-sharing, rolling point of contact, spirals, momentum, gravity and flow.

Sebastian brings 26 years of advanced personal practice and 19 years of international teaching. He has led intensives and laboratories across Europe and Asia and has taught at festivals and universities in Poland.

His work is rooted in deep listening and a precise physical understanding of weight, momentum and contact. He is trained in Aikido, contemporary dance pedagogy and process engineering, and is the creator of Movementalism.
