Petya Stoykova

Petya Stoykova is a Bulgarian choreographer, dancer and educator from Burgas, and the founder of DUNE Dance Company. At Contact+ she teaches Movement in Flow and Deep Listening and presents LUA /Moon/ with DUNE.

Petya Stoykova is the founder, choreographer and teacher of DUNE Dance Company and Dance School in Burgas. Her work moves between contemporary dance creation, education and projects that develop the local dance scene.

She studied ballet directing at New Bulgarian University in Sofia and continued her training through international dance programmes and workshops. Alongside her work with DUNE, she teaches contemporary dance in Burgas and has been a guest teacher in international projects in Bulgaria, Moldova and Ukraine. Her choreography has received the Margarita Arnaudova Award for Choreography.
